Unfortunately we are still closed and do not expect to open until June 15, 2020, however we do have an exciting update!
Our community of dentists have met several times to determine the most effective way of treating the true emergencies our patients will definitely have while our offices are shut down. We have a plan that is effective immediately.
There will be a centralized county dental office with a rotating dentist that will be open every weekday to tend to your emergency needs. The rules and regulations are still the same – in order to preserve as much personal protective equipment (PPE) as possible, only the highest emergencies will be seen.
These Symptoms Include
• Severe toothache pain
• Bleeding in your mouth that does not stop
• A broken tooth that is causing severe pain
• Dental infections causing terrible pain to the point where it interferes with sleep and not managed with over-the-counter pain medication
• A serious oral infection—if there is swelling around your jawline or under your mouth and associated difficulty in breathing or swallowing
Even though patients need to meet a certain criteria to be seen, please contact me directly for ANY dental concern that you have. You can reach me at:
Emergency treatments will consist of basic therapies for pain management and are not designed for definitive treatment.
Continue to be safe while we deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. I urge everyone to follow the guidelines that the state and local authorities have put in place. Continue to get reputable updates from websites like Oregon.gov and the Oregon Health Authority. If we all do our part individually, collectively we will be successful in dealing with the global issue.
Be strong, be safe, and we look forward to seeing you all as soon as possible.
